When we receive your device, we diagnose and confirm repairability and provide estimate for approval.

In the unlikely event that device is not fixable or you decice not to proceed with repair, we will return your device to you its no fix no fee except 17.99£ pick and drop off charges.
Work Completion
We only proceed repair once you have approved estimate.
Once repair is completed invoice will be raised.
Following us having received payment and ship it back to you or can be collected from our office.
